infeu­rope S.A. is loo­king for an consul­tant Records mana­ge­ment sup­port.

Profile and qua­li­fi­ca­tions :
- Bachelor in infor­ma­tion mana­ge­ment or docu­ment mana­ge­ment or library mana­ge­ment ;
- Good com­mand of English French would be an advan­tage ; Experience of using docu­ment mana­ge­ment sys­tems for records iden­ti­fi­ca­tion, regis­tra­tion, filing, sto­rage, reten­tion, pre­ser­va­tion and conser­va­tion in both paper and elec­tro­nic format ;
- Experience in pro­vi­ding func­tio­nal user sup­port for Document Management sys­tems.
- Good know­ledge of archi­ving and docu­ment mana­ge­ment stan­dards prac­ti­ces and pro­ce­du­res
- Experience in e.g. Livelink, FileNet, or Microsoft SharePoint would be an advan­tage ;
- Strong sense of res­pon­si­bi­lity, ini­tia­tive, inte­grity and com­mit­ment
- Service and cus­to­mer orien­ta­tion ;
- Ability to orga­nise and prio­ri­tize work­load ;
- Ability to work relia­bly and accu­ra­tely ;

Tasks :
Providing consul­tancy in :
- User sup­port for records and docu­ment mana­ge­ment sys­tems
- archive mana­ge­ment
- records mana­ge­ment
- docu­men­ta­tion ser­vi­ces
- and infor­ma­tion mana­ge­ment

Expected start :
January 2016
